What is ARK OS?

ArkOS offers better customization than the standard stock OS. It can switch themes, customize emulators, and transfer files through Wifi (FTP). ArkOS also provides better performance in PSP and PS1 Games.

How to shutdown the system?

  1. Go to the home screen.
  2. Press Start.
  3. Scroll down and press quit.
  4. Select Shutdown system.

Why does my unit have no games?

  • Solution #1:
    1. Power off unit.
    2. Re-plug all SD cards.
    3. Power on unit.
  • Solution #2:
    1. Plug the SD card into your PC using an SD card reader.
    2. Check if your SD card files are intact.

Why isn’t my unit turning on?

  • Solution #1:
    1. Power off unit.
    2. Re-plug all SD cards.
    3. Power on unit.
  • Solution #2:
    1. Press and hold power button until light goes off.
    2. Press volume up + power button.
  • Solution #3:
    • Check if your unit's battery is low.
    • If yes, try charging it for 15 minutes then try solution #1 and #2.
